The Foster Care Family Reunification Program provides 10 specialized foster care beds aimed at reunifying children and youth with their biological family or helping to establish a successful permanent home through kinship or adoption. Services are delivered from an ecological and family systems perspective with foster parents providing an active role in supporting this transition through the provision of support, training, advocacy and mentoring. The goal of this program is for children and youth to be successfully re-unified within a 3-6 month time frame.
