Triwood Place is a 24-unit apartment building offering an affordable housing option for young adults aged 18-24 who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of homelessness and have exhausted other resources. The individuals must be working or attending school, and have demonstrated some ability to successfully live independently despite a lack of affordability of housing. This program is made possible through grant funding from the Government of Alberta, Housing and Urban Affairs.
